Serbia: Scout House Gets a New Roof

The Scouts of Montenegro have completed growth projects in 3 selected areas: in the coastal city of Bar, in Niksic in the centre of the country, and in Rozaje in the North.

The Scouts have reached out to new communities, spread information about Scouting to hundreds of young people, organised trainings, started new units, grown the existing units, and developed their activities. As a result, Scouting is now much stronger in these parts of the country. Scouting in Montenegro is ready to continue expanding to the next areas. On the photo, activities organised in the natural parks of Northern Montenegro.

North Macedonia: Loan for the Ohrid Scout Centre

The Ohrid Scout Centre is one of the main assets of the Scouts in North Macedonia. It is located in a beautiful spot by the Ohrid lake. A zero-interest loan provided by the European Scout Foundation helped the Scouts to cancel expensive historical loans. This will improve the financial position of the Scout Centre. This is the third zero-interest loan provided for buildings: loans have also been granted to Bulgaria and Montenegro.
