The Future Leaders Programme (Local) pilot has now started with three training events completed with 14 participants. We are now looking for a trainer with writing experience to help to develop the remaining new materials required for this programme. You would be joining our team on two development weekends to write materials and prepare trainer notes ready for a UK wide roll out after the final two pilot sessions take place this year. As someone with a leadership role in Scouting your skills and experiences would be valuable to this team.
